The people behind InclusiGear
We're caregivers, technologists, and advocates united by the belief that every child deserves consistent, informed support.
Leadership
William Kreitzer
Founder & CEO
Machinist turned engineer turned founder. Went back to ASU at 30 after his daughter Catie was diagnosed with profound autism, then started InclusiGear in Seattle after the third move taught him that the care system kept losing the most important context in translation. Currently a senior manufacturing engineer by day and halfway through a master’s in entrepreneurship at OneDay University (William Jewell College).

Sydney Kreitzer
Co-Founder & Community Advocate
Special education paraprofessional and parent. Brings both the parent perspective and the practitioner perspective to InclusiCare — the people writing about a child and the people on the receiving end of that information are often two halves of the same care relationship.
